We ordered this vanity 3 weeks ago. We were told originally that it would ship within a couple a of days. Then, when we called to get a confirmation of delivery date, we were told the warehouse (in Southern CA) would receive it 2 weeks later, then it would ship to us in Northern CA a few days after that. That put us behind a couple of weeks. So, we called on the next "estimated delivery date" only to be told they would deliver it in a few more weeks. Our whole bathroom remodel has been put on hold for this. When we asked "were you going to let us know about the further delay", they told us we were supposed to call and keep following up. If I can find someone to deliver it sooner, I will be cancelling my order ASAP. We are seriously frustrated with the poor service, lack of communication, and the time it has taken for us to get the vanity.

Had this cabinet for 2 years, but it's falling apart already. 3 of the drawers won't auto close. Won't recommend buying these kind of cabinets for everyday use. Go for more traditional cabinet shops which is more durable.

THIS VANITY IS BEAUTIFUL, I PURCHASED IT WITH THE MATCHING SIDE CABINET 2 WEEKS AGO AND IT LOOKS GREAT IN MY BATHROOM. WHEN I PURCHASED IT FROM THE NORTH HOLLYWOOD LOCATION THEY WERE BARLY DISPLAYING IT AND THEY HAD IT IN STOCK. A LOVLY YOUNG LADY HELPED ME WITH MY PUCHASE AND I BELIEVE HER NAME WAS ANI.
