WE JUST PUT THIS BATH VANITY IN OUR LA QUINTA HOUSE AND IT SETS THE GUEST BATHROOM UP BEAUTIFULLY. OUR FRIENDS HAVE ASKED US WHERE WE BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT AND WE LOVE TO SAY "MODERN BATHROOM". WE ALSO BOUGHT OUR TUB AND ALL THE FAUCETS FROM THEM AS WELL.

THE HARDWARE IS UGLY AND DIFFICULT TO REPLACE.
THE CABINET IS CHEAP AND THE MIRROR HAD FLAWS. THE TOP IS THICK AND APPEARS DURABLE.

I love this piece. In fact, I built a whole new bathroom around it. As for the quality: the sink is very thick. There is no way on earth that cabinet is made of oak. It is thin and I do not feel the drawers are easy to roll. I was willing to live with all of this bc I liked the look so much. The mirror is not perfect--you can see where the glue hits the "wood". Installation: We had a contractor doing it and he fractured it! He tightened the faucet too tight and cracked the glass. Also, he used a white glue (or some sort of adhesive) and you can see it clearly through the glass. You need to clear and obviously be gentle. I will likely be buying this again, so the other issues are not a deterrent to me. Oh, and the customer service at Modern Bathroom is great--very responsive.

The cabinet appears to be durable. However, the drawers aren't made of the best wood. The paint peeled on mine when I installed the knobs (hardware). The vanity top is very pretty and appears to be of high quality. I would not purchase it again, only because of the wood quality.
