Manufacturers place pumps and blowers in a standard location that works best for most customers. Each tub has a standard location which is listed on the manufacturers spec sheet.

Pumps and blowers may also be placed in a custom location if it works better for your project. A drawing is required for a custom location. Please note drain location on spec. We are happy to contact you after your order for this information.

Soaking and soaker tubs do not have pumps or blowers. For these tubs choose Not Applicable.

A tile flange is used when a wall is built on the deck of a tub, this may be one or more walls. Tile flanges help to create a seal between your walls and tub. Drain location needs to be specified for all tile flanges. Tile Flange Kit - Rigid ABS material is bonded to the tub shell ensuring a water-tight installation. Integral Tile Flange - A 3/4" acrylic flange molded into the tub at the factory. Available only in a 3-sided flange for a rectangular tub and 2-sided flange for a corner tub.

Lift & Turn Simply lift and turn the drain to open. Turn and release to close.

Toe-Tap Push down on the drain to open. Push down again to close.

Cable Driven
Turn the overflow control knob clockwise to open the drain. Turn the overflow control knob counterclockwise to close the drain.

Whirlpool Trim / Standard
When whirlpool packages are ordered, the trim typically matches the tub color. The trim in whirlpool packages includes:

• On / off control or Keypad Trim* (if so equipped)
• Air-volume control
• Suction cover
• Jet escutcheons
• Fill-Flush® / Simple Touch® filler cap (if so equipped)

Whirlpool Trim / Optional*
Optional trim kits for the various whirlpool packages are available in Chrome, Brass, Brushed Nickel, Oil Rubbed Bronze** and Polished Nickel. Pricing for these optional trim kits is specific to each tub and is included in each tub's specification / price sheet.

"Ultra Therapy" refers to: Ultra Therapy (PxxU) Air Ultra (AUxx) Aria Elita Ultra (AEAPxxU)

NOTE: Depending on the color and package ordered, not all trim items may be available to match.

*For Classic Series and Designer Series tubs, keypads with trim are available ONLY in White, Bone, Biscuit, Chrome, Brass and Brushed Nickel. However, Designer Series tubs with any Aria Elite package receive capacitive keypads, which have no surrounding trim.

**Oil Rubbed Bronze finishes vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. MTI has selected a finish that is compatible with many available.
