the merlot cabinet is designed well with the hidden drawer. the marble top is real and sealed.

the merlot vanity is made of birch (?) i dont know if birch is good or cheap but the drawer works really well and the cabinet with the marble top look very nice. we are happy with this purchase.

i installed the merlot vanity with the carerrs marble top. this product is solid birch and is the best priced vanity i have found. the drawers are also slow close.
