Two problems with this faucet:One, the caps on the faucet handles have no recess, slot, etc., into which you can insert a screw driver, knife or whatever to get the caps off as needed to unscrew the handle to install the faucet. It will take you forever to get the caps off (if you can in fact get them off at all) and the caps will get scratched in the process. Heritage should have shipped the faucets without the caps installed. Second, one of the faucets was defective as received (the handle and cartridge just spin round and round). Nice looking faucet, but horrible design. We're requesting replacement parts on ours. Wouldn't buy this faucet again if I could find a similar one in the same finish at near the price.

I replaced my old guest bath faucet with this and it looks great and has good flow. Gives the bathroom an expensive look at low cost.
